Arizona Ophthalmic Outpatient Surgery is a freestanding surgical facility dedicated to total eye care, from cataracts to oculoplastics. We are committed to safe, high-quality, patient-centered care delivered by a highly engaged team. We have a long history in the Valley, with one of our founding partners, Dr. Thomas F. Minas, opening the first outpatient eye surgery center in Phoenix more than 25 years ago.
